Supporting Our Mission

Contribution & Donation Policy

Effective 11 October 2026

These terms explain how GLOBAL AWAKENING CIC accepts and uses voluntary mission contributions, manages monthly support, and handles evidenced payment errors. They apply to contributions through Support Our Mission, rather than course purchases.

Who Receives Your Contribution

Contributions are received by GLOBAL AWAKENING CIC, a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales, company number 15523255. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. This page does not describe TGA as a registered charity or offer Gift Aid. A contribution is voluntary support and does not purchase a course, enrolment or guaranteed educational outcome.

Educational Purposes and Delivery Costs

  • Contributions support TGA’s educational and community purposes, including learning access, scholarships, Seerah and leadership education, learning resources and programme delivery.
  • Funds may also cover related teacher costs, learner enrolment support, administration, technology and payment-processing fees. A contribution is not a promise that its full amount will be paid directly to a learner or spent only on teaching materials.
  • No fixed allocation percentage or cost-per-learner guarantee is made under this policy.

Funding Preferences and Reallocation

  • Choosing an area in the form expresses a funding preference. TGA will use that preference to guide allocation, while retaining flexibility to meet related delivery costs and other mission needs.
  • If a selected purpose is fully funded, cannot proceed, or needs change, TGA may redirect the contribution to another mission-related purpose or related operating costs. TGA will notify the donor by email of such a redirection and explain its reason, before redirection where practicable or promptly afterwards.
  • If you require a legally restricted contribution, contact TGA before paying. A specific restriction must be accepted in writing; selecting an option in the form does not create one. Any separately agreed written restriction governs that contribution and is not overridden by this general reallocation clause.
  • Where no preference is selected, TGA may allocate the contribution to its mission priorities and related costs where support is needed.

One-Time and Monthly Support

  • Stripe offers one-time and automatic monthly contributions in GBP. PayPal offers one-time contributions in GBP. Each provider shows the amount before you complete payment. Automatic monthly Stripe contributions recur until cancelled.
  • Pakistan donors selecting the +92 calling code may submit Meezan Bank or JazzCash transfer details in PKR. Manual transfers are not confirmed until reviewed by TGA. A monthly manual pledge is not an automatic subscription; submit each transfer separately for verification.
  • You may cancel future monthly contributions at any time using the secure management link in your acknowledgment or by contacting TGA. The payment portal shows the effective cancellation date; TGA will assist if the link is unavailable.
  • Cancellation stops future payments from its effective date. It does not automatically refund payments already completed. If a payment was taken in error after cancellation became effective, contact TGA for review.

Refunds and Evidenced Payment Errors

  • Voluntary contributions are normally final and non-refundable because funds may already be committed or used for TGA’s mission. A change of mind or cancellation of future support does not normally entitle a donor to a refund of completed contributions.
  • TGA will review requests involving duplicate, mistaken or incorrectly processed payments where the donor or TGA holds evidence of the error. Verified errors may be refunded following review; making a request does not itself confirm a refund.
  • Email [email protected] with the name and email used for the contribution, payment reference, date, amount, explanation and relevant receipt or transaction evidence. Contact us promptly after noticing the error. Do not send full card details, passwords or security codes.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, through the payment provider where applicable. TGA will communicate the decision; provider processing and bank posting times vary.
  • This policy does not remove rights provided by applicable law or your payment provider, including rights relating to unauthorised payments.

Payment Confirmation and Donor Communication

  • Online payment details are entered on Stripe or PayPal. TGA does not store full card details. Online contributions are confirmed only after provider verification; manual transfers require admin verification.
  • TGA uses your name, email, selected country, phone number and contribution reference to acknowledge payments, administer recurring support, handle queries and notify you about relevant allocation changes. Keep your receipt and tell TGA if your contact email changes.
  • Funding-change notices under this policy are handled by TGA’s team. They are separate from payment acknowledgments and do not imply automatic marketing subscriptions.

Questions and Course Refunds

For allocation questions, specific funding restrictions, cancellation or a contribution refund request, email [email protected] or call +44 7886 398150. Course fee refunds remain governed by the separate course Refund Policy; its enrolment windows and instalment obligations do not apply automatically to voluntary mission contributions.
